INDIAN LINEN CLUB solely reserves all intellectual property rights in all text programs, products, process, technology, content, and other materials which appear on the site. We are not responsible for the content of any third party websites, you do so entirely at your own risk.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
Membership to the site (www.indianlinenclub.com) is available to persons (User) who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” under the Indian Contract Act 1872 are not eligible to use this site. If you are a minor i.e. under 18 years you must use this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of use. TERMINATION​

• We, INDIAN LINEN CLUB, may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service if we believe, that You have breached any of the Terms. We may also any time discontinue providing the service, or any part thereof. We may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Website and will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so. You shall be liable to pay for any service or product that you have already ordered till the time of

PRICING INFORMATION​
While www.indianlinenclub.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical  errors may occur. www.indianlinenclub.com cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, www.indianlinenclub.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mispriced, www.indianlinenclub.com may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and www.indianlinenclub.com will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that www.indianlinenclub.com accepts your order the same shall be debited to your Debit/credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to www.indianlinenclub.com dispatch of the product that you have ordered.  

CANCELLATION BY WWW.INDIANLINENCLUB.COM​
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled  include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or
information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your Debit/credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account

​CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER​
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled and you will have to check our return policy on those orders. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.indianlinenclub.com and accept www.indianlinenclub.com's decision regarding the cancellation.

CARD DETAILS​
You agree, understand and confirm that the Debit/credit card details provided by you for availing of services on www.indianlinenclub.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the Debit/credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a Debit/credit card transaction, you must use your own Debit/credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid Debit/credit card details to www.indianlinenclub.com. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by www.indianlinenclub.com with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. www.indianlinenclub.com will not be liable for any Debit/credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible.
However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.​

RETURN & REFUND
Thank you for shopping at INDIAN LINEN CLUB. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at INDIAN LINEN CLUB, you agree to the terms set forth as below.

​PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF :

• Product is damaged during the transit.​
• Product is not the same as described in the website (www.indianlinenclub.com).​
• Product is not delivered completely.​
• Product is unused, in its original condition, tags and packaging after product is delivered.​
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer only.​
• If you have crossed 7-days return window after product delivered.​
• Product unboxing video with label pasted on it is required for damage & exchange case only.​
• Design may vary for Glass Items in case of damage exchange.​
• No exchange in soap category

Please note, INDIAN LINEN CLUB initiates the refund after the returned item has reached us .Therefore, the refund time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to us.  It will take us a maximum of 5 - 14 Business Days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

CANCELLATION​

• You can cancel the order online before the product has been shipped.​
• Once the item you have ordered has been shipped cannot be canceled.​
• Once the order has been delivered it cannot be canceled.
